Julie has spent her career advising municipal and other government entities on how to thoughtfully and effectively meet the needs of the individuals they serve. She represents school districts in all aspects of special education, including matters involving the Individuals with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Pennsylvania School Code. She has counseled clients on child find matters, the IEP process, educational placement, and many other special education-related issues. She has managed special education litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Julie lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and two children.
